Call for Speakers, SaaS Development Risks & Scaling to 8M Users
Before we dive in, we're on the hunt for more thought-provoking speakers to speak at our local, virtual, and larger events.
This is an opportunity to share your insights, experiences, and strategies with a vibrant community of your peers.
In addition, it is no secret that the MicroConf community is mostly men. We're specifically looking for talks from diverse and underrepresented founders that offer fresh perspectives, provide actionable takeaways, and/or talk about a key lesson learned.
Here's what we're covering this week:

Mastermind Applications, Profitable SaaS Ideas & Dark Social
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were an iconic superhero team. Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael, each with unique personalities and signature skills, joined forces to battle villains like their archenemy, The Shredder.
A small business mastermind with your peers is like having your own real-life superhero team. But, instead of fighting crime, your team's mission is to bring your unique talents to help each other excel in business. By collaborating, you'll solve problems, find creative solutions, learn from each others’ mistakes and celebrate victories.
Ready to have your ultimate superhero squad? Our spring round of mastermind applications are now open. Applications are live through Friday, May 12.

SaaS Ideas, Armageddon Beers & AI Nightmares
How do I find a great SaaS idea?
This is a question we get asked all the time.
So, we launched a video series on the MicroConf Youtube channel where we’re sharing new 5-7 ideas every few weeks.
The best part - all of the ideas we share are things that people are actually looking for based on a real problem they have. However, no thorough idea validation has been done. So, if you decide to run with one of these ideas, we recommend validating it fully before you start coding anything.
