MicroConf Masterminds Matching Service

Refunds are not available for MicroConf Mastermind Matching Service. If you have been placed into a mastermind that has not worked out, please email us at support@microconf.com and we will add you back to the Mastermind Matching pool.

MicroConf Digital Events

MicroConf Digital Events are non-refundable. All digital events will be recorded and made available to attendees after the event has concluded.

MicroConf In Person Events

All ticket sales for MicroConf events are fully refundable up to the first day of the month, two months prior to the event start date. For example, if you purchase a ticket to an event scheduled for April 15th, refunds are available up until February 1st. After that date, refunds will not be available.

A brief word on Discounts…

We all know that discounts are a great way to attract new and existing customers.

At times, we may offer a special discount to encourage people who need a bit of help deciding on whether or not to attend an event or sign up for one of our services.

Any discounts that we do offer will only be available for new purchases, and we are unable to offer any sort of refunds to accommodate discounted rates for purchases that have already been made.
