Alex Pham has previously worked at companies such as Clio and Shopify, and has advised and invested in other software companies at Bain & Company and the World Bank Group, respectively.

He is currently focused on investing in or acquiring a company and continuing to grow it as a long-term owner-operator. His goal is to provide founders with a flexible alternative to other exit options, built on mutual trust and a commitment to stewardship.

Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Alex is a proud dad of two, an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and a music history nerd. He earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and finance from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
