That is what we’re excited to announce The Exit Event, our first invitation only, all inclusive* retreat focused on the psychology, mechanics, and outcomes of selling your business.
Co-hosted by Rob and Sherry Walling, in partnership with Quiet Light Brokerage, we’ll be bringing together 15-20 SaaS businesses together to navigate one of the most rewarding (and potentially traumatic) phases of building a company: when to let go.
We’re in the early stages of planning for The Exit Event, so if you are interested in applying for this all-inclusive, luxury retreat, here’s what you need to know:
Super Limited Capacity. We will only be inviting 20 companies, at most, to attend the retreat.
For high-performing SaaS Businesses. This event will be geared towards businesses with a minimum of $2.5M in annual recurring revenue with the opportunity for a $15M+ exit.
3-Day, 4-Night Retreat in a high-end destination.
Half Work, Half Play. We’ll spend the mornings digging into the meat of your business, your goals, and the mechanics of getting acquired. Then, we’ll tap into some of the best adventures, meals, and experiences you can find.
Minimum Investment: $10,000
What The Exit Event is not…
A guarantee. By attending The Exit Event, you are joining a community of individuals with shared interests and experiences in selling a SaaS business. We cannot and will not guarantee any outcome with regard to the sale of your business - that is between you, your counsel, your brokerage, and your buyer.
A buy/sell marketplace. We kindly ask that any form of solicitation or pitching be avoided within The Exit Event. If a natural relationship forms between two members that results in a transaction, that is amazing, but do not expect to attend to buy or sell your business to other members.
By participating in The Exit Event, you are under no obligation to work with Quiet Light Brokerage, or any other service or resource that we have available.
MicroConf does not receive a finders fee for any sales brokered by Quiet Light.

*Flights are not included in the price, only because it is much easier for you to book your own travel when and how you’d prefer.
