MicroConf Europe is built for founders growing sustainable SaaS businesses. We focus on practical growth, profitability, and long-term ownership — not chasing funding rounds or vanity metrics. The goal is to help you build a business that supports the life you actually want to live.
This is not a massive, anonymous tech conference. With a small, curated group of founders, you’ll have deep conversations, make meaningful connections, and spend time with speakers who are actively building and scaling SaaS companies themselves; not just talking about it.
And the learning doesn’t stop when the talks end. Some of the best insights at MicroConf happen between sessions, over coffee, or at dinner with other founders who are dealing with the same challenges you are. These informal conversations — the “hallway track” — are where tactics get shared, partnerships start, and long-term founder friendships are made.

One afternoon is dedicated to getting out together for a curated group activity — equal parts fun and founder-to-founder connection. It’s a break from talks and a chance to build relationships in a way that feels natural, not forced.
We're hosting MicroConf Europe at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, overlooking the Adriatic on the Lapad peninsula, and we've reserved rooms there so you can stay right where everything happens.

Why Dubrovnik?
Dubrovnik is a walled medieval city on the Adriatic, and early October is a great time to be there. The summer crowds have mostly gone home, but the weather is still warm and the sea is still swimmable.
Getting there is easier than you'd think. Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) has direct flights from cities across Europe, and North American attendees can connect through most major European hubs with a single stop.
When the sessions wrap, you're minutes from the Old Town's stone streets, cafés and seaside restaurants, so it's easy to keep MicroConf conversations going over dinner. And if you want something memorable, you can walk the city walls, ride the cable car up Mount Srđ for the view, or take a quick ferry out to Lokrum Island.
